The extremely grand Tina Brown enjoyed a week of being feted by the great the good as she
popped over from the Big Apple to plug her Princess Diana biography.
Mercifully, the tedious Brown-nosing came to a juddering halt courtesy of Labour MP Diane Abbott on Andrew Neil’s BBC1 show The Week.
As the former Vanity Fair editor waxed lyrical, Abbott bluntly reminded Brown she was just another celebrity journalist whose last publication, Talk magazine, “crashed and burnedâ€.
The look on Brown’s face was priceless.
