Penmanship lives on at The Guardian

A poignant little memo recently did the rounds at the press gallery at the House of Commons. "Lost," it said. "A black Mont Blanc fountain pen. If found please return to Michael White, The Guardian, Room 15."

Last time Axegrinder looked, one wouldn't get much change from £500 for a Mont Blanc. How good it is to see one of the sages of The Guardian living in such style.
