When spending a penny takes the p***

Some time back, Axegrinder reported there was a copy of Tim Walker’s biography of Norma Major available on Amazon for just 1p.

Since I made that news known, three more hopeful sellers have rushed to get rid of their copies. Most of them say the copies are in “good” condition, which is often Amazon code for “unread and unwanted”.

Now I’m in a dilemma – does one feel sorry for the subject or the author?
