Telegraph’s Coughlin loses his grand title

Recently, I reported about the recent Moscow trip of the Daily Telegraph’s executive foreign editor Con Coughlin.

Axegrinder always thought the title somewhat grand in the first place. Anyway, Coughlin still has the title but not his office, I hear, and has been put on a retainer. He will continue to write a foreign affairs column for the paper
