Despite his newfound wealth, Piers “celebrity” Morgan admits there are a few perks he misses about his days editing the Daily Mirror – including his chauffeur.
“It’s the thing I miss most,” he bleats. “To have a permanent free luxurious taxi waiting outside was the greatest perk I ever had.”
But the TV talent judge appears to have no regrets about his sacking. “If I’d have known I’d end up judging piano-playing pigs with the Hoff, I’d have got myself fired years ago,” Morgan tells a magazine for members of media haunt Soho House.
