DCA plans report of FOI’s first year

The Department for Constitutional Affairs will publish a report next month into the first year of operation of the Freedom of Information Act.

The annual report will be released together with the quarterly FOI request statistics for central goverment, Veterans minister Don Touhig announced in response to a parliamentary question yesterday.
