Montgomery looking to buy more German papers

The group of investors headed by former Mirror Group boss David Montgomery and the US merchant bank Veronis Suhler Stevenson, which recently acquired the Berliner and the Hamburger Morgenpost to the chagrin of staff, is looking to purchase another German title.
VSS manager Johannes von Bismarck told Die Welt that the group intends to invest between 300 and 400 million dollars in the German market.
No likely targets have been named for the group and von Bismarck denied rumous that he was targeting the Sächsische Zeitung.
