“Booze-fuelled mayhem is plaguing the streets of Lincoln. From fighting to weeping, vomiting or injuring themselves, the drinkers in the city are out of control. The Echo … joined the Lincoln street pastors, a group of Christian volunteers as they nursed the late-night revellers through their alcohol-fuelled brawling, weeping and vomiting.”
