Online moves: Webber to ITV; Brown to SMG

Two veterans of national newspaper’s online operations has moved to broadcasters’ online divisions.
Former Scotsman.com general manager Alistair Brown is to become head of new media at SMG. Along with several other former Scotsman staff, Brown has been working for the Glasgow and Edinburgh listings web site The List.
Meanwhile, Sun Online’s assistant editor Marc Webber has moved to ITV.com. Webber headed the Sun Online’s online video operations, for which the paper won an AOP award this year.
