Emap completes Irish radio sale

Emap has today completed completed the sale of its radio interests in Ireland to Communicorp Group Ltd.
The completion of the sale is on of the conditions of the proposed acquisition of Emap’s remaining B2B magazines by Eden Bidco Ltd, the company set up by private equity firm Apax Partners and the Guardian Media Group to acquire Emap plc.
