BskyB given deadline for appeal on ITV stake

BskyB has until the end of the month to decide whether to appeal against a Competition Commission ruling that its 17.9 per cent stake in ITV is against the public interest, the Financial Times is reporting.
Last month, the commission recommended that BSkyB reduce its stake to below 7.5 per cent.
