A BBC Radio Merseyside presenter who was sacked for saying “fuck the Government and fuck the planners” live on air will appear this week on billboards across Liverpool, next to the line that got him fired.
The ads are for Emap’s new talk radio station, CityTalk, which launches next week. It’s only the second commercial talk radio station to launch in the UK outside London (the other one’s in Edinburgh).
