Ken Livingstone aide admits financial impropriety after print and broadcast investigations

Lee Jasper, the race adviser to London mayor Ken Livingstone, has admitted that £18,000 of public money was used to bail out a company of which he was a director, according to the Evening Standard.
The admission comes after an lengthy investigation by the paper’s report Andrew Gilligan and by Channel 4’s Dispatches programme.
