Journalists and the public could soon gain the right to examine the Royal family’s wills, following a landmark appeal court ruling.

According to the Telegraph, accountant Robert Brown has spent two years fighting to see the contents of Princess Margaret’s will.

Responding to the ruling in the Guardian, the Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker said: “It is a long established principle of British justice that wills are subject to inspection and there is no reason why the royal family should be treated any differently.”
