BSkyB to appeal ITV stake ruling

BSkyb is to launch a legal challenge to the Competition Commission ruling that ordered it to reduce its stake in ITV, reports Reuters.
BSkyB said it would lodge its application with the Competition Appeal Tribunal on February 22. The corporation was ordered to reduce its 17.9 per cent stake in ITV to less than 7.5 per cent.
