Media leak a factor in publication of McCartney divorce

The judge’s decision to publish the judgement on Heather Mills and Sir Paul McCartney was due in part to media leaks and intense press interest, reports the Times.
Lawyers said the decision to publish was based on a wish by family judges for more openness in their courts but also due to media leaks and interest in the case.
The judgement would have been reported in the legal press, albeit with names removed anyway.
