Which? claims victory over “shoddy” dry cleaners

The dry cleaning industry has vowed to clean up its act after an undercover survey by Which? magazine exposed “alarmingly poor” standards across UK businesses, reports the Guardian.

Which? editor Neil Fowler said the magazine’s undercover team got “shoddy results” when they brought 48 identical skirts with stains on them to the dry cleaners.
