Trinity Mirror chief executive Sly Bailey has called for a better balance between men and women at boardroom level.
In a speech to the Financial Mail Women’s Forum, Bailey said the move was “not rocket science”.
The number of women in the Trinity Mirror leadership team has increased from 10 to 28 (out of 65) since Bailey’s appointment in 2005, according to the Mail on Sunday.
