Chelsea boss considers Uefa press conference boycott

Chelsea manger Avram Grant is reported to be considering boycotting Monday’s press conference ahead of the team’s Champions League semi-final second leg clash with Liverpool.

According to the Independent, Grant is angry about a series of newspaper stories questioning “his likely longevity in the job”. Failure to attend the pre-match conference would land the club a £1,500 fine from Uefa.
