BBC faces Chinese backlash over Tibet coverage

The BBC has come under fire from Manchester’s Chinese community for its coverage of the Free Tibet movement.
According to the Observer, more than 1,000 people held a silent demonstration outside the BBC’s Manchester studios, accusing the corporation of failing to provide “credible and independent coverage” of Tibet.
