Five owner RTL wants to buy a stake in ITV

Channel Five parent company RTL is reported to be interested in buying BSkyB’s stake in ITV, according to the Sunday Telegraph.
Sky has been told by the Competition Commission to reduce its 17.9 per cent stake, but it is appealing against the ruling.
