Private Eye wades into Tesco/Guardian tax spat

Private Eye has published further details about Tesco’s tax arrangements, the reporting of which has prompted the supermarket giant to sue The Guardian for libel and malicious falsehood.

According to the Guardian, the fortnightly magazine claims to have identified a complex system of offshore operations, centred on the Swiss tax haven of Zug.
