Union anger over Belfast Telegraph’s Derry office closure

The NUJ has criticised Independent News and Media’s proposed closure of the Belfast Telegraph’s Derry office and called for its four journalists to remain in Derry and not be transferred to Belfast.
NUJ Irish organiser Seamus Dooley said the closure would be an “economic and symbolic blow” for Derry.
