An Irish TV news presenter is said to be recovering well after undergoing keyhole surgery to treat a brain haemorrhage.
According to the Irish Independent, Sinead Desmond, a presenter on TV3’s morning news programme Ireland AM, hopes to return to work within a month after she was struck down by what she described as a “blinding headache” live on air on Tuesday.
