A second potential bidder is reported to have emerged for B2B publisher Wilmington - owner of Press Gazette and Solicitors Journal.
According to the Sunday Telegraph, business and legal training group BPP is considering a bid. The paper claims a number of private equity firms are also circling.
Wilmington confirmed last week it had received one approach, a day after the Sunday Telegraph reported that private equity firm HgCapital was in informal talks with the publisher.
Update: The Sunday Express claims one of the interested private equity firms is Vitruvian Partners.
