London Shite to change name after Associated threatens legal action

Associated newspapers is threatening legal action against a spoof free newsletter called London Shite, which the publisher claims is unfairly using the logo of its freesheet London Lite.

The team behind the publication are thought to be backing down, but The Independent’s Pandora column reports the title could be relaunched under an “even more scurrilous masthead.”
