The Forester launches brochure and website to boost local economy

The Gloucestershire-based The Forester newspaper is trying to boost the flagging economy in its circulation area by launching a 24-page brochure and a new website.

Editor Viv Hargreaves said:

“The Forest of Dean was effectively been cut off by floods in 2007 and major works this year - and now there’s the credit crunch! I felt we desperately needed to do something to boost the local economy and what better way than by bringing people here for short, cheap breaks?”
