Bob Warren funeral on Thursday in north London

The funeral for News of the World executive editor Bob Warren will take place on Thursday this week (15 January) at Golders Green Crematorium, Hoop Lane, London, NW11 7NL, at 1pm.

Following the service there will be a buffet and drinks at the Hendon Hall Hotel, Ashley Lane, Hendon NW4 1HF.

The family has asked that instead of flowers, those wishing to pay tribute to Bob’s memory should send donations for Pancreatic Cancer UK to funeral directors H Phillips, 530 Watford Way, London, NW7 4RS.

Bob Warren died last week at the age of 73 after 45 years at the News of the World. A special feature commemorating his life will appear in the next issue of Press Gazette.
