BBC presenter suspended after wounding charge

A BBC television presenter has been suspended after being charged with wounding, affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
Ashley Blake, 39, presenter of Midlands Today and Inside Out, will not appear on the programme until proceedings are over.
He is due in court in Sutton Coldfield on Monday.
The charges relate to an incident on Sunday morning, in which police said a 17-year-old suffered facial injuries, at a Sutton Coldfield restaurant that Blake part-owns.
