Johnston Press hires KPMG for debt restructuring

Johnston Press has hired KPMG to help it tackle its £465m of debt, The Sunday Times reports.
Johnston is the UK’s second biggest regional newspaper publisher. Its shares have plunged 96 per cent in the last year amid fears that it will have trouble refinancing when its current loan arrangements expire in September 2010.
