12.20pm update: The London Evening Standard relaunches its Friday supplement today - five days after the main paper unveiled its new look.

The magazine has a new size (22cm x 36cm) and a new logo. It promises readers “the very latest in what’s hot and what’s not in London” - a mix of fashion, celeb news, beauty, food, travel and shopping.

According to the Evening Standard, the magazine will also conduct investigations into “the capital’s scandals - political, financial, cultural and social”.

Peaches Geldof contributes a new agony aunt page called Peaches Teaches. ES Magazine editor Sasha Slater said in a statement: “These changes strengthen ES Magazine’s position as London’s best glossy.”

The Standard relaunched this week under the new editorship of Geordie Greig. It comes after Russian billionaire Alexander Lebedev bought a controlling stake in the title from the Daily Mail and General Trust earlier this year.
