Virtual newsstand launches for digital newspapers

PageSuite, the company behind the page-turning software used by the digital editions of newspapers produced by Newsquest, Archant, and Trinity Mirror, will later today launch its “virtual newsstand”.

Mydigitalnewspaper allows users to search all of the 5,000 digital titles in helps produce in the UK and North America.

A spokesman said: “Our search tool will find key terms or phrases in any newspaper, and the search can also be segmented by country, publication, date and even the type of title.”
