The Financial Times is launching a website for its luxury supplement, How To Spend It.

Howtospendit.com goes live on 3 October, to coincide with the 15th anniversary of the glossy colour supplement.

The magazine was born from the How To Spend It Pages in the weekend edition of the FT, and has been edited by Gillian de Bono since 1994.

Designed by Razorfish, who have also produced websites for Conde Nast and The New York Times, it aims to maintain the glamorous image of the magazine and draw in high end advertisers.

Readers will be able to access content from the last four issues of the magazine, and web exclusives like regular columns by Lucia van der Post, founder of the magazine, and a technology bulletin called ‘Technopolis TV’, from Jonathan Margolis.
