Dow Jones boss Les Hinton has revealed that the Wall Street Journalo, the US financial daily owned by News Corp, now has 30,000 subscribers to the Kindle e-reader edition.
Paidcontent reveals that this may make gross subs income of $4.5m a year. But News Corp may only be getting half of that, and Amazon controls the finances and the names of subscribers - all major stumbling blocks for any publisher.
