The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery is hiring editorial production assistant. You will be responsible for checking all material submitted for publication complies with our guidelines, providing essential back-up for several key members of staff as well as managing the book reviews, fellowships and courses and meetings sections of the Journal. Experience with Microsoft Access would be an advantage.

The British Red Cross is looking for head of territory communications (£40K). You will lead a team of three specialists in marketing, media relations and internal communications. You will have experience of managing communication strategies from inception to evaluation, managing crisis communications and managing a team of communications professionals.

Child accident prevention trust is hiring an online content manager (£34K) on a fixed contract till the end of March 2011. You will manage the development of a new ‘knowledge hub’ website, e-bulletin and online learning community, producing and managing online content, and overseeing the moderation of the online learning community. You must have experience of writing and editing for websites and online newsletters and content management system.
