The National Farmers Union (NFU) is hiring deputy head of content (£32,120-£39,680). You will assist with identifying writing opportunities. You will also be expected to act as chief sub-editor for NFU print publications and to assist with production publications, including subbing and writing as required. You must be educated to degree level with knowledge of QuarkXPress and web publishing.

IHS is hiring an editor (up to £33,900) to take editorial control of the Asia-Pacific section of Jane’s flagship news publication, Jane’s Defence Weekly. You will write, commission, review and edit news and analysis pieces covering Asia-Pacific defence procurement and the armed forces.You must have proven track record in journalism, with experience of the Asia-Pacific region, hold a strong interest in defence and be NCTJ qualified.
